Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Yuuuummmmm. I overdid it on the vanilla in the frosting but they are still delicious.

It is with some sadness I bid farewell to my faithful Reeboks. We have been together for about three years now but it is finally time to give them a rest. A new pair of Reeboks have been purchased.

Sometimes I get a hair stuck in my eye. It hurts and it is really annoying. Sometimes I even have to get a mirror and see where it is so I can pick it out. Does that ever happen to cats? It's not like they can just run to the mirror. It must be really annoying. Or do they have some sort of cat eyeball mechanism that presents that from happening? I guess cat hair is much bigger than an eyelash so it wouldn't really be as likely to get stuck. But what about sand or dirt? Kitties are always rolling around on the ground. A piece of sand in the eye seems pretty likely.

So, Zinnia is in the living room watching some tv show. I'm not sure what show. (Some parenting, eh?) There's a rockin musical number happening right now.  Here are the lyrics.
